Will you be our Team Leader for Planning & Field Operations?

Are you a natural leader with a talent for planning, people, and processes? Then we have the perfect challenge for you! As the Team Leader for Planning & Field Operations, you’ll be the vital link between the shop floor, the planner, and the office. You bring structure, coordination, and clear communication, ensuring smooth and efficient execution.

You speak the language of the field team, know what’s happening on the ground, and have a clear vision of what needs to be done internally. You understand what needs to be built, contribute to the preparations, and ensure everyone knows what, when, and how things need to happen.

You will directly manage:
  • One planner 
  • One Office & Travel Coordinator
  • A team of around 10 Stand Builders
Additionally, you’ll work with a flexible team of external contractors—scaling up to nearly 100 people for large projects.

Your Responsibilities
  • Coordinate and lead the daily operations of planning and field service teams.
  • Work closely with the Operations Manager and other departments.
  • Monitor processes, identify bottlenecks, and make necessary adjustments.
  • Actively contribute to the continuous improvement of workflows and collaboration.
  • Help make work smarter, more sustainable, and more enjoyable—through smart planning, efficient use of materials, and fresh ideas for innovation and digitalization.

Jij bent de kartrekker die ervoor zorgt dat onze webshops niet alleen operationeel vlekkeloos draaien, maar ook continu worden doorontwikkeld en geoptimaliseerd. Je schakelt met beursorganisatoren, leveranciers en interne afdelingen (Projectmanagement, Sales, Design) en zorgt ervoor dat de webshop een centrale en strategische rol krijgt in onze dienstverlening.

What you bring

As our ideal candidate, you:

  • Have at least 3 years of leadership experience in an operational or project-based environment.
  • Have an affinity with stand construction, logistics, or technical work.
  • Possess strong communication skills in both Dutch and English.
  • Can effectively switch between people, processes, and planning.
  • Can perform well under pressure and have strong organizational skills.
