A-Booth is a European player in the exhibition stand construction industry. To further strengthen our growth and quality, we are looking for an Operations Manager who will help turn our ambitions into reality. Someone who refines processes, develops teams, and builds the future of A-Booth together with us.

The role

As Operations Manager at A-Booth, you are responsible for leading and further developing the CAD, Project Management, and Exhibitor Services departments. Together, these teams form the heart of our operational organization — from technical drawings to final delivery.

You will take over from an experienced colleague who is progressing internally. The foundation is solid, and it will be your challenge to further build on it, optimize processes, and translate A-Booth’s growth into an even more efficient and scalable operation.

You are part of the Management Team and work closely with Sales, Finance, and Logistics to deliver projects smoothly, profitably, and with maximum customer satisfaction.

Your responsibilities

  • Leading the CAD, Project Management, and Exhibitor Services teams (approximately 25 employees).
  • Further developing operational processes and ways of working to support growth and quality.
  • Translating strategic objectives into concrete operational plans.
  • Monitoring planning, capacity, budgets, and quality across multiple (inter)national projects.
  • Initiating improvement initiatives in efficiency, communication, and customer focus.
  • Encouraging collaboration, ownership, and professional development within your teams.
  • Actively contributing to strategy and decision-making within the Management Team.
Who are you?
  • An experienced people manager with a strong sense of process and structure.
  • HBO/University level of working and thinking, preferably in logistics or business administration.
  • At least 5 years of experience in a similar operational or leadership role.
  • Experience in the (inter)national exhibition, events, or project-based environment is a strong plus.
  • Analytically strong and decisive.
  • Persuasive communicator in both Dutch and English.
  • You combine strategic thinking with a hands-on mentality. You don’t just manage — you participate and understand day-to-day operations.
  • You believe in innovation, from process optimization to the smart use of AI to continuously improve operations.
  • Willing to travel.
