As a Costumer Service Specialist you will make sure all clients will be guided to a satisfactory delivery of their exibition stand on large exibitions in for example Amsterdam, Paris, Frankfurt or Milan

As a Customer Service Specialist you are the first point of contact for all our clients. For example questions about their stand, submitting print files or additionalrequest for furniture in their stands. The main goal in all you do is customer satisfaction. You think in a proactive way and always with the best solution fort he client in mind. It’s a hectic job that requires you to always juggle several tasks simultaniously. Because each client has different questions, differrent challenges and will be in a different phase of their project. It’s up to you to coordinate and organise all of this in the most efficient way.

Together we work from our two locationas in Oostzaan en Zaandam towards exciting events in The Netherlands and across Europe. Working in this branche requires hard work, but we continuously motivate each other and share a joke.

What do we offer
Your job

You do this by:
- Being the link between the exhibitors, the internal organisation and the exhibition.
- Carefully listening to the client, being creative with solutions to make sure they get everyting out of their stand.
- Working in a result minded, pragmatic and solution minded way.
- You answer all question from the client and the exhibition.
- You keep the mailbox up to date and make sure that all incoming mail will be replied within 24h.
- You analyse all situations with a commercial mindset and look for an opportunity to upsell.
- You make the invoices, are in tocuh with all the suppliers and follow up on all invoices.
- You have your fair share of responsibility in making sure the agreed on KPI’s are met.
- You maintain a well organised administration, this so the work remains orderly for everytone.

- Has experience as a Customer Service Specialist en gets excited about this dynamic job.
- Is inventive and always looking for better ways to serve the clients.
- Is fluent in Dutch and English, verbal and writing skills. Knowledge of the German or French language is an advantage.
- Knows how to work in a hectic work environment and values working with your colleagues in a team.
