Vacancy Customer Service Representative

Will you be our Customer Service Representative?
As a Customer Service Representative you will make sure all clients will be guided to a satisfactory delivery of their exibition stand on large exibitions in for example Amsterdam, Paris, Frankfurt or Milan

What you’ll be doing
As a Customer Service Representative, you are the first point of contact for our clients. This includes questions about their stand, submitting print files, requesting additional furniture, and more. Everything revolves around providing the best possible service to the customer. You proactively think along with clients to find the best possible solution. It’s a hectic and challenging role in which you constantly have multiple tasks running at the same time. Every client has different questions, different challenges, and is at a different stage of the project. It is up to you to coordinate and organize all of this as effectively as possible.

You do this by:
  • Acting as the link between exhibitors, the internal organization, and the trade fair organizers.
  • Listening carefully to the client and thinking creatively so they can get the most out of their stand.
  • Working in a result-oriented, pragmatic, and solution-focused way
Your responsibilities:
  • Answering all questions from clients and trade fair organizers
  • Managing the mailbox and ensuring all incoming emails are answered within 24 hours
  • Using your commercial mindset to identify opportunities to upsell additional services or products
  • Creating invoices, communicating with suppliers, and following up on all invoices
  • Contributing to achieving the agreed KPIs
  • Maintaining clear and accurate administration so that everything remains well organized for the team
In this role, you will have the opportunity to truly prove yourself. No two days and no two clients are the same. We are a young, international team that is growing rapidly. Your experience as a Customer Service Representative will help us continue that growth. You will help raise the service level of A-Booth by skillfully solving questions and challenges.

What you bring
No endless list of requirements—the most important thing is that your personality fits the role.
As the ideal candidate:

  • You have experience as a Customer Service Representative and are excited by this dynamic role
  • You are resourceful and always looking for ways to better serve customers
  • You have an excellent command of Dutch and English, both spoken and written. German and French are a plus
  • You can work under pressure and are a strong team player
