What you’ll be doing
As a Project Manager at A-Booth, you are the key player in the realization of large trade shows and events in cities such as Amsterdam, Barcelona, Frankfurt, and Milan.
During a trade show or event, every organizer and participant wants to present themselves in the best possible way in a short time. A-Booth provides this with creative and high-quality stand construction solutions.
As Project Manager, you are responsible for the full execution of projects: from preparation to on-site delivery. You ensure everything is right, from planning and budget to quality and customer satisfaction. You are the central point of contact for clients and continuously coordinate with internal teams and suppliers to successfully deliver each project. You combine organizing, communication, and solution-oriented working with a strong sense of responsibility and customer focus.

Working hard and laughing hard, that’s what defines our team. We work with around 70 colleagues from our offices in Oostzaan and Zaandam on impressive events throughout Europe. - You are strong in organizing, planning, and keeping overview
- You have a proactive and responsible attitude
- You can easily switch between clients, team, and suppliers
- You have excellent command of Dutch and English
- You remain calm and solution-oriented under pressure
- You have experience in the events industry (preferred)
- You hold a category B driving license
