Will you be our Accountmanager?

As an Account Manager at A-Booth, you are at the foundation of major trade shows and exhibitions in cities such as Amsterdam, Barcelona, Frankfurt, and Milan.

What you’ll be doing

During a trade show or conference, every organizer and participant wants to present themselves in the best possible way in a short amount of time. That is what A-Booth provides for its clients. As an Account Manager, you ensure that our clients are fully supported and receive suitable stand construction solutions. The focus is on building, maintaining, and expanding long-term client relationships, while also identifying new opportunities.

You do this by:

  • Maintaining and further developing strong relationships with national and international clients
  • Identifying opportunities with both existing and new clients and actively converting these into collaborations
  • Proactively approaching new contacts when you see opportunities and not hesitating to reach out
  • Listening carefully to the client and actively contributing creative and innovative solutions
  • Working in a result-oriented, pragmatic, and down-to-earth manner

You are responsible for the entire process from inquiry to realization. This includes:

  • Handling incoming requests from existing relationships and proactively responding to their needs
  • Actively seeking new opportunities and clients that fit A-Booth
  • Maintaining regular contact with clients (by phone, online, or on-site) to clearly define their wishes and expectations
  • Collaborating with colleagues from the design department to ensure solutions perfectly match the client’s needs
  • Coordinating with suppliers and requesting quotations for execution
  • Presenting proposals and ensuring clients feel heard and understood
  • Processing any changes quickly and accurately
  • Guiding the process toward approval, with a focus on long-term collaboration
  • After approval, ensuring a smooth handover to the project management team

Together, we work from our locations in Oostzaan and Zaandam on impressive events across the Netherlands and Europe.We pull together, motivate and support each other, and also have a lot of fun along the way. We are perfectionists, critical, and determined to be the best in our field.

  • A gross monthly salary between €3,500 and €4,200 (depending on age and experience)

What you bring

As the ideal candidate:

  • You have a commercial mindset and recognize opportunities—and are not afraid to act on them
  • Your strength lies in building and maintaining strong client relationships
  • You are proactive and not afraid to reach out to new contacts when opportunities arise
  • You have an excellent command of Dutch and English, both spoken and written
  • You can adapt quickly and remain calm under pressure
  • Experience in stand construction or the events industry is a plus
