Due to the growth of our international client base, we are looking for an Event Logistics Specialist who ensures that our logistics processes surrounding trade shows and congresses are organized down to the last detail.

At A-Booth, you will join the Event Logistics team. Together with three colleagues, you ensure that all logistics processes run smoothly for our international (medical) key accounts.
You process (online) orders for congresses and trade shows across Europe and make sure shipments arrive correctly, completely, and on time at the event location—and are returned properly afterwards.
You maintain oversight of planning, prepare transport documentation, and act as the main point of contact for clients and carriers. Our warehouse will quickly feel like your second home, and you get energy from structure, overview, and well-organized processes.
You are responsible for
- Managing and maintaining warehouse inventory for several international key accounts
- Picking orders and preparing them for shipment
- Handling the logistical and administrative processing of shipments
- Preparing freight and transport documents
- Planning and coordinating outgoing shipments and returns
A-Booth stands for top-quality stand construction for events in the Netherlands and across Europe. We do this with an enthusiastic team of around 70 colleagues, divided between our locations in Oostzaan and Zaandam.
Team Event Logistics currently consists of three colleagues and operates from our Zaandam office, managing logistics for several medical clients. We work hard, but we also enjoy having fun—those two go hand in hand here. We regularly organize social drinks or activities after work. Will you join us next time?

- Have an MBO level 4 working and thinking level
- Have a good command of Dutch and English
- Are customer-focused, accurate, and solution-oriented
- Enjoy rolling up your sleeves
- Work well under pressure and are a true team player
- Are available 24 hours per week (at least Tuesday and Thursday)
- Are flexible with working hours, occasionally outside office hours or on weekends
- Have experience or training in logistics (a plus, not required)
